About the event
One of our own, Hannah Marie McAfee, is playing Shelby in a local production of Steel Magnolias, opening this Friday night in the DFW area! This classic play is set in the South, and revolves around six women, old and young. In this poignant and hilarious story, the power of womanhood and friendship shines through; these small town women lend support to each other amidst the ups and downs of life. Perfect fare for Mother's Day weekend or a ladies night out this month!
Performances run from May 6-22nd at The Coppell Arts Center in the DFW area. Shows are Friday and Saturday evenings, and Sunday afternoons.
